I like the model kit.
issue was the front windshield. I had to glue it 3 times
in the body to try and get it to stay. It's a catch 22.
Use too much glue to really hold it, it might get on the
windshield. It barely fits the opening without falling through.
Use too little glue, and it doesn't want to stay.
popped loose a fourth time when the kit was finally assembled,
but I'm going to leave it. I've fiddled with it enough.
With the exception of the license plate, I built this box
stock. I didnt use the rear slicks, just the street tires.
I left off the rear wing since I wanted this to look like
more like a street car.
model includes newly tooled parts. 2 rear drag slicks, new
wheels (Weld type I think), new Edelbrock upper intake manifold,
2 racing seats, a rear wing, rollbar setup, and headers.
the stock parts as far as I can tell are still in the model
box too if you want to build the model stock, or a combinaton
of parts for your own design.
